For being free, Socialism is sure expensive, isn’t it?
Didn’t I tell you last summer that Obama was going to burn through all those trillions when the debt deal was signed in to law? Who told you so again? That’s right, I did. And so did everybody else that has a lick of common sense. He’s bankrupting us on purpose, period. The debate is over. And, here’s a little icing on the cake, the debt ceiling should be reached by October 15th. That’s when we are technically broke and can no longer function. Amazing! Right before the election!
Republicans will be cast as mean-spirited, we’ll just have to raise the debt limit again because little Johnny won’t be able to get enough tofu to eat, schools will close, the elderly won’t get the care they need, cops will be laid off, no more firefighters, the same old tired bullshit we went through last year.
Well, newsflash for the dumbasses… It’s Obama’s fault. Sorry Lefty, but Bush didn’t spend the money, Obama did, and he won’t stop. He, his party, but mainly him, it is his fault, period.
Part of the debt deal was to shrink the size of government. Did he do it? No, of course not, we are slated to reach the debt limit on September 30th and for default on October 15th. It’s nobody’s fault but his.
The United States Department of Treasury will reach the the statutory limit it is allowed to borrow money before election day, according to a new study by Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio., former director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
“Following the contentious debt ceiling last August, President Obama promised that he would take action to address the country’s fiscal crisis. He has failed to do that,” Portman said. “In fact, his new budget increases spending and projects that Washington will be hitting the debt ceiling again in mid-October – burning through a $2.1 trillion debt limit increase in just over 14 months.”
This claim is also verified by Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner.
Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner admitted that the debt limit would be reached this year.
