Volunteers Begin Filling Sandbags in Stillwater
Dozens of volunteers began to fill sandbags Monday to protect downtown Stillwater from the St. Croix River. They’ll fill about 120,000 sandbags over the next two weeks, according to Mayor Ken Harycki.
