Well I guess we all know the world didn’t end. The sun still comes up in the east and sets in the West. We all go to work, take our vacations and live life in spite of the government shutdown. It has absolutely no impact on my life whatsoever, how about you? I take that back, there is one thing. Traffic is so much better without the nations 4th largest State bureaucracy in working order. My commutes are so much more enjoyable. When you notice that, you also realize this state has way too many government bureaucrats, whatever is operating now is more than enough. It feels like the monkey isn’t on my back anymore. Now if we can just get the federal government to shut down, that 800 pound gorilla will be off all our backs. How great would that be?

As far as I’m concerned, the government can stay shut down until hell freezes over, and then some. I like this, I like it a lot!
