The less than Hon. Richard A. Nielson

Shariah Law has officially been introduced in to the U.S. courts thanks to “Judge,” no wait, we can’t seriously refer to this politically correct asshat as a judge. Court Jester Richard A. Nielsen officially ruled in a mosque case, “This case will proceed under Ecclesiastical Law” (Shariah). The order further goes on to state that if the matter can not be resolved, it will appear before an Islamic Judge (Shariah).

Excuse me. But this country has one constitution, and one legal system. And justice for all. With this wrong ruling, Dick Nielson just destroyed that. This is exactly how it started in Europe, and because of this douchebag, this Shariah crap is going to spread like wildfire throughout our system. This jackwad needs to be impeached and imprisoned, period. If it were up to me, I’d hang the son-of-a-bitch.

Now it’s not unusual for a dispute to arise within a religious institution and for a court to order a mediation or arbitration, in order to resolve this without the court having to render its own judgment.

But what makes this case unusual, and highly troubling, is that a group of Muslim leaders—the CURRENT mosque leaders—who do NOT want to be subject to sharia law, are being compelled to do so by an American judge!
