Or perhaps those crappy toy helicopters made in China and bought at Walmart for the Royal children might have played a part? Shipping the bust of Winston Churchill back? Snubbing the Prime Minister? Or that awkward and blunderous trip where Michelle touched the Queen, and she received an iPod from the Obama’s? Or perhaps those DVD’s of Obama’s speeches was the final straw?

Honest to God, those people have as much class, and were as out-of-place as Jethro and Ellie Mae eating “vittles” at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in midtown Manhattan. They were truly embarrassing. Wait a minute. “Were” is past tense, they still are truly embarrassing.
