Progressives are hoping to rock the vote in the 2012 Iowa caucuses… by voting for Ron Paul.
The reliably left-wing Mother Jones recently ran a story asking if Iowa progressives were Ron Paul’s wildcard in the race. The story pointed to supporters like Francis Thicke, an organic farmer from Fairfield, Iowa, who ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination for secretary of agriculture in 2010.
On Tuesday, Thicke announced his support for Paul ”to keep his voice for peace and his voice to reduce the military in the debate, because he will challenge the other Republican candidates.” Thicke promised his Democratic Party county chairman that he would vote for Obama over Paul without a doubt, because he doesn’t support dismantling the government. “This is a tactical thing” to expand voters’ awareness, Thicke told Mother Jones.
These tactical shenanigans might seem to echo “Operation Chaos,” the Rush Limbaugh operation that saw Republicans crossing over to vote for Hilary in the 2008 Democratic primary–except that Operation Chaos was largely applied to primaries, not to caucuses.
I’m afraid he’s right. If we don’t start putting the hammer down on the Marxists, things will be changing and not for the better. Another four years of Obama and this country will be completely socialist at the least, and communist at the most.
Communists and the Democrat Party are in bed together. They’re almost one in the same, a person that knows the communist ideology can not argue that fact. Look, it’s time for some of you to wake up and smell the coffee. There is no Democrat Party anymore. It is the party of socialism, and they should have the courage to tell you they are socialists. In a Christmas break message to his party, Communist Party USA vice chair Jarvis Tyner has confirmed the vital importance of the build up to the 2012 elections to “set the stage for a new progressive era and for a socialist transformation.”
Party ‘friend’ President Barack Obama and to the Democrat Party…. The communist leaders words, not mine. We know what the Democrat Party is, and what Barack Obama is. They need to quit hiding and come out from the shadow’s and admit what most of us know, or suspect.
Next years election will define which way we go. Down the path of proven failure with socialism, or back to the constitution and the American way. Forget about Republicans and Democrats, it’s not about that anymore. It’s a yes or no question. Do you want socialism?

First things first. It should be noted that the terminology has been sugarcoated and sanitized by Gallup. Liberal really means Socialist, but for the sake of their piece, this post will use their incorrect terminology.
Modern American liberalism is a form of liberalism developed from progressive ideals such as Theodore Roosevelt’s New Nationalism, Woodrow Wilson’s New Freedom, Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal, John F. Kennedy’s New Frontier, and Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society. It combines social liberalism and social progressivism with support for a welfare state and a mixed economy.
To put it quite simply, the modern term “liberal” defines socialism. How many times have I said they aren’t Democrats anymore, they’re socialists? I rest my case.
PRINCETON, NJ — In many respects, the demographic profile of Democrats nationwide is similar to what it was in 2008, although Democrats have become somewhat less white and more liberal than the party that nominated Barack Obama as its presidential candidate that year. As a group, Democrats are more likely than average to be women and nonwhite, less likely to be religious or married, much less likely to be conservative, and much more likely to be liberal than the U.S. population as a whole.
These results are based on a special Gallup analysis of the demographic and ideological composition of the U.S. population today (based on Gallup Daily tracking from June-August 2011) versus the start of 2008 presidential election campaign (from January-March)…
Perhaps the most significant change in the composition of Democrats between 2008 and today is the two-point increase, from 35% to 37%, in the percentage describing their political views as “liberal.” This occurred at a time when the country as a whole became slightly more conservative, thus expanding the political gap between Democrats and the rest of the U.S.
The change coincides with the decline in Democrat affiliation in recent years, and it may be that moderate or conservative Americans were less well-attached to the Democrat Party and were the first to shift their allegiance — thus leaving a higher concentration of political liberals among those who continue to align with the party.
Democrats remain less likely to attend church weekly and more likely to seldom or never attend church than the national average.
The proportion of Democrats who are Catholic or who identify with a non-Christian religion declined slightly between 2008 and 2011, while the percentage not identifying with any faith increased by four percentage points.
Democrats are significantly less likely than the U.S. population as a whole to be married.
Gallup finds relatively little change in the demographic composition of either major party’s supporters since 2008, even though the nation has become less Democrat, and more Republican and independent overall. All in all, Democrats remain decidedly less white, more female, more liberal, less religious, and less likely to be married than the general population.
Liberals and nonwhites have come to make up a slightly greater percentage of the Democrat base since 2008, perhaps indicating that the decline in Democrat affiliation since 2009 was proportionately greater among conservatives and whites.
And now we have that imbecile Vice President Joe Biden, in his speeches claiming “This isn’t your parents Republican Party anymore, they’re extremists.” What is the truth I keep telling you about Democrats and the left? Whatever they accuse the other side of, they themselves are guilty of it. As usual, the evidence, data and facts show that it is the Democrat Party that has become radicalized and extreme, not the Republican Party.
Just the most recent example of them joining the American Nazi Party, the Socialist Party USA and the Communist Party USA in support of the Occupy Movement should tell you that.
The progressive Alliance For A Better Minnesota really is a piece of work. Have you looked at there website lately? Your jaw will drop, and you’ll wonder what planet those people are living on, and you’ll realize that Dr. Rossiter’s findings are correct. Leftism is a mental illness. I was absolutely stunned at the gibberish and the lies being told on that site. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued. They are, without question, left-wing kook radicals and militants.
But I’m not doing an attack piece on their website, we’re singling out just one ad that they are running on TV, and there’s only one part of that ad that I’m focussing on. For the record, the rest of that ad is a total lie, and that’s why I’m surprised they haven’t been sued over it.

“Chip in” indicates that everyone has “chipped in” to the pot. So how come 98% of Minnesotans don’t have to “chip in?” That’s not fair. Why should 2% of the population “chip in” to pay for 98% of the populations free lunch? How is that fair?
I think the other 98% need to “chip in” and pay their fair share. It’s the right thing to do.

When I was young, people like this Scott Marshall would be beaten badly, sometimes they’d just disappear. Their spouses were tormented, and their children would be relentlessly bullied, and it would just keep ramping up until the communists would leave town. DETROIT—The population of Detroit has fallen back 100 years.
The flight of middle-class African-Americans to the suburbs fueled an exodus that cut Detroit’s population 25% in the past decade to 713,777, according to Census Bureau data released Tuesday. That’s the city’s lowest population level since the 1910 census, when automobile mass production was making Detroit Detroit.
The decline, the fastest in city history, shocked local officials, who had expected a number closer to 800,000….
In all, the city lost more than 237,000 residents….
Detroit’s population has fallen steadily since the heyday of the auto industry in the 1950s, when it peaked around two million, but the declines have accelerated in recent years as manufacturing jobs have disappeared….
So when did the decline hit and garner speed in its downhill roll? 1962 when the Democrats took control of the city and have since stayed in power pushing the progressive agenda. That is a fact. I’m sure the idealogues that don’t live in reality will try to argue, but the truth holds no agenda. It is what it is.
Tax the rich, tax the corporations, redistribute the wealth, open the public trough, expand the “aid” programs, get in bed with the unions and push the progressive agenda. The result is Detroit, Michigan 2011. The really funny part about this, the left still doesn’t “get it.”
It’s not just Detroit. St. Louis used to have almost 900,000 residents, now it’s barely over 300,000 for the same reasons as Detroit. Chicago lost 300,000 people, again same reasons. Other losers like Cleveland and Baltimore, same deal. Look it up and do the research if you don’t believe me.
Before we go any further, I am merely pointing out the fact that the common denominator is the Democrats, progressives and big labor. You figure it out.
A few months ago we posted a video about the death of Detroit, and the reasons why it has and is happening. It’s a very easy to understand video that is worth posting again. So I am. It’s a video that I strongly urge the left to watch.
