Hennepin County prosecutors say a teenager has pleaded guilty to his involvement in a drive-by shooting that left a 12-year-old girl paralyzed.
The county attorney’s office says Marlon Lozano-Montano pleaded guilty Friday as part of a plea agreement. In return, prosecutors agreed to recommend a sentence of 12 years, 11 months.
The 17-year-old pleaded guilty to assault in the first degree for the benefit of a gang.
