Members of the Occupy OKC protest group say they’re moving their protest out of a downtown park now that they’ve lost a battle in federal court.
Members of the group had camped in the park for more than two months — but spokesman Mark Faulk says protesters removed tents and tables and ultimately vacated the park early Wednesday.
Group organizers filed a federal lawsuit seeking an injunction that would have prevented the city from enforcing an overnight curfew at Kerr Park — but a federal judge earlier this week rejected their request.
