This Week’s Dumbass: Ohio State Sen. Nina Turner

Ohio State Sen. Nina Turner

Oh yeah, she’s a Democrat. That goes without say.

I’m sure she’s also a bra burning, man hating FemiNazi as well.

Honest-to-God, you really do have to scratch your head in wonder. People like her defy normalcy. What rock do these people crawl out from under? And, what type of imbecile actually votes for someone like her?

COLUMBUS – Before getting a prescription for Viagra or other erectile dysfunction drugs, men would have to see a sex therapist, receive a cardiac stress test and get a notarized affidavit signed by a sexual partner affirming impotency, if state Sen. Nina Turner has her way.

The Cleveland Democrat introduced Senate Bill 307 this week.

This bill will go nowhere, in fact, it should have been mocked and laughed off the floor.

Ohio residents have a State Senator that actually wasted time and money with this nonsense. Really? Is that some sort of priority for the fine citizens of that state? Forget about unemployment, crime, the economy, deficits, gas prices, poverty, etc… why this idiocy is obviously much more important.

The Santorum Surge: Two Problems for Conservatives

Rick Santorum’s big bump in the polls this week, particularly in Michigan, where he is now running ahead by a margin of 39%-24% according to one poll, and 33%-27% in another, has to put a scare into the Romney campaign.  But it reveals two basic facts about the campaign – neither one of them good for conservatives.

First, it shows that Romney, who is still the presumptive favorite (Santorum isn’t on the ballot in Indiana or Virginia, and will have a difficult uphill battle in Arizona and Massachusetts and New York), is having serious problems connecting

Ohio Democrap (Marxist) gives occupiers tickets to disrupt Governor’s speech

Communist asshole Bob Hagan, Phone: (614) 466-9435

From Big Government

For Ohio Governor John Kasich, Tuesday’s annual State of the State address offered an important venue to talk up his administration’s achievements and goals.  Kasich gave this year’s speech at Wells Academy, a school in  Steubenville, instead of the traditional Statehouse venue.

The Ohio Democrat Party is led by Chris “Tea Party F***ers” Redfern, best known for a profane 2010 outburst against Obamacare opponents. Based on their behavior in Steubenville, even November’s Big Labor victory against fiscal reality hasn’t improved the attitudes of Ohio leftists!

State Rep. Bob Hagan (D – Youngstown), a Progressive kook’s Progressive kook, bused in 35 protestors for the event. Worse, Hagan handed out several tickets for Kasich’s speech to Occupy protestors ranting outside.

Occupying the Cleveland taxpayer’s wallet

From the Cleveland Scene

Cleveland Municipal Court is having trouble obeying its own procedural rules — at least when it comes to Occupy Cleveland protesters.

Ten Occupy members are making their way through the court after being arrested in unison on the night of October 21. All were charged with the same $100 minor misdemeanors: curfew violations (for being on Public Square after 10 p.m.) and criminal trespassing (also for being on Public Square after hours). Nine were also charged with resisting arrest, a slightly more serious misdemeanor.

Court rules state that multiple people charged with the same crimes arising from the same incident will be assigned to the same judge and consolidated into one case for the sake of efficiency. But the 10 Occupy Cleveland cases have been divvied up between seven different judges, and the court’s administrative judge, Ronald Adrine, denied a motion made by the protesters’ attorneys to combine them into one.

The court is now scheduling 10 pretrial hearings that could lead to 10 one- or two-day trials with 10 juries and 10 sets of witnesses to be subpoenaed, each requiring the presence of a bailiff, court reporter, and city prosecutor, in addition to a judge.

Old Guard GOP May Hand Ohio to Obama

As brutal election results reflected, the Ohio Republican Party (ORP) was a scandal-plagued outfit circa 2006. I don’t relish the current ORP leadership fight, but if we don’t want second terms for President Obama and Senator Sherrod Brown we must avoid repeating our mistakes. Party chairman Kevin DeWine’s old-guard ways – combined with his public betrayal of Governor Kasich – make it hard to believe ORP can be effective with DeWine in charge.

With Union Reform Down, Ohio Gov. Kasich Not Out

The landslide loss of Issue 2 this month prompted glee from Ohio leftists, whose contribution to the state in the past year has been to smear and sue conservatives at every turn. The Ohio Democratic Party, the unions, and Progressive fellow-travelers want desperately to believe their $30 million anti-reform campaign killed Governor Kasich’s entire agenda so they can resume demanding tax hikes.

Sherrod Brown Stands for Bigger Government

Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is the most liberal member of the United States Senate, according to NationalJournal vote rankings. Senator Brown supports the freaks of Occupy Wall Street, opposes free trade, and was the deciding vote for Obamacare.
That vote could be… problematic, as explained by likely 2012 challenger Josh Mandel:
We must not overlook the truly significant blow that Ohioans dealt Obamacare last week, with a mix of 2.2 million Democrats, Republicans and Independents rejecting this intrusion on individual liberty and family control over health care decisions.
Indeed, you would be pressed to find a statist boondoggle Sherrod Brown doesn’t love. Check out this rant from a Q&A session Sherrod held this spring with Ohio’s largest government union:

According to Senator Brown, privatization is always driven by “greed” and always makes “the services get worse.” Hearty red meat for a government union crowd, but keep in mind this was an unscripted response. Bigger government, higher taxes, and demonizing The Rich are the only things Sherrod knows.
Sadly for Sherrod, every county in Ohio voted to amend the state constitution against Obamacare’s individual mandate – even after a $30 million Progressive smear campaign against union reform. With huge turnout for an off-year election, the citizen-driven Health Care Freedom Amendment passed by a wider margin than the union issue failed! Brown claims the amendment was “confusing,” which would be a great explanation for the opposite result.

Ghosts having sex?

Looks like this is a job for Jason & Grant of SyFy’s “Ghost Hunters” fame!

This is one of those stories that’s just too good to pass up!

Dianne Carlisle thinks her house is being haunted by ghosts: horny ghosts.

The Ohio resident told a local TV station that her home is haunted by ghosts having sex. She claims to even have a photos of the ghosts getting their freak on.

Carlisle claims that her granddaughter took a random photo that later revealed a ghostly image of two people knocking boots.
