The elitist establishment GOP just doesn’t get it. They are out to destroy Newt Gingrich as much as Obama and the Democrats. In the establishments funny little world, being moderate is the way to go. Reach out and include Democrats. Yet, election after election and the discontent of the rank and file Republicans prove them wrong and out of touch.

They want someone who can work with Democrats, you know, reach across the aisle in a spirit of bipartisanship. No thanks. Not interested. Why in the world would you consider reaching across the aisle to the very people who are ruining this country and turning it socialist?

Moderate after Moderate equals defeat after defeat. Repeating the same actions while expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Clearly, the establishment is insane.

Mitt Romney. Nope, I’m not supporting him during the primary. Those of us who live in Minnesota only need to know that former Democrat-lite Governor Tim Pawlenty supports Romney. That means we all should run from him.

Then you have Glenn Beck who has an absolute personal hatred of Gingrich, he denies it, but most don’t believe him. He claims Newt is a progressive. Everybody is a progressive that doesn’t think like him. I bet he checks under the bed and the closet before he retires at night to make sure no progressives are hiding. I dunno, he’s gotten quite full of himself lately. I used to like him a lot, now I just roll my eyes and like clockwork, wait for the attacks on Newt, and they always come.

You can always tell an avid Beck listener when they call in to Hannity or Rush. They’re kooks. Just as wacky as the Ron Paul people, but in a different way.

Yo Glenn Beck! I suppose in your world, Nancy Reagan is a progressive too, huh?
