Obama’s Magical Misery Bus Tour Overwhelmingly Ridiculed on Twitter

Was anyone simple enough to believe the Magical Misery Tour was about jobs? No, of course not. It was a campaign event paid for by the taxpayers and we all know it.

Oh wait! It was about jobs, I’m sorry. There was a tweet that summed it up perfectly:

“Barack Obama launching bus tour for jobs-HIS JOB-that is.”

via The Hill:

Obama’s Midwest tour last week prompted more criticism and ridicule than support on Twitter, according to this week’s Hill Hexagon.

Regardless of what President Obama and his political advisers had hoped for, the three-state Midwest bus tour last week prompted far more criticism and ridicule than support in Twitter comments, according to this week’s Hill Hexagon.

An analysis of Twitter traffic by Crimson Hexagon over the days of the tour showed that 72 percent of the opinions expressed were negative, while 22 percent were neutral and only 6 percent were favorable.

LIMITED EDITION – OBAMA MAGICAL MISERY TOUR T-SHIRT – GET YOURS NOW!

Earlier this week, President Obama once again left behind his leadership duties in the Oval Office to embark on his Magical Misery Tour, which has taken him through three states important to his re-election campaign.  During his campaign swing, President Obama met with hundreds of voters, not to discuss his plans for economic recovery, but rather to point fingers and blame others for high unemployment and a consumer confidence level that hasn’t been this low since the Carter Administration.  Yet the Obama Magical Misery Tour rolls on.  It even may be headed your way.

The Romney campaign has produced limited edition “Magical Misery Tour” t-shirts.  I hope you’ll get your t-shirt today: http://mi.tt/MiseryTour

On Day One of his tour, President Obama offered no new ideas and continued to slam Republicans for opposing tax increases. On Day Two, a White House spokesman promised new ideas but declined to give specifics. And on Day Three, we heard President Obama offer more of what was served up – or not served up – on days one and two.

The Magical Misery Bus Tour has been quite a spectacle. After 940 days of suffering the consequences of Obama’s failed leadership, America has now been treated to three days of political campaigning.  This is unacceptable.

Please donate $30 or more today and get your Obama Magical Misery Tour t-shirt.  Let the President know that you reject his failed leadership.  Your support will help get Mitt’s message to the people.  America deserves better, much better.

About that foreign built bus, Mr. President

Hypocrisy, hypocrisy, hypocrisy. Nothing new. It’s Obama and the Democrats again. That’s what they’re about. That’s what they do, that’s what they invented, and that’s what they perfected.

While blootering about jobs and the economy on his Magical Misery Tour we come to find out that his bus was made in Canada. I guess he means Canadian jobs. That’s right! His bus was special ordered and manufactured in Ottawa, Ontario. You know, he could have had that bus ordered and manufactured at the Greyhound Motor Coach manufacturing facility in Pembina, North Dakota, population 592. Wasn’t this whole tour supposed to be about rural America and rural jobs?

Isn’t he supposed to be the “green” president? Shoving all of the failed environmental crap down our throats that nobody wants? You know, everybody driving a Chevy Volt and all that crap? Speaking of which, didn’t two of his big stimulus recipients in the green industry just go bankrupt this week? By golly they sure did. Back to his bus.

How much of a “carbon footprint” do you think that monster leaves behind? How many tenth’s of a mile per gallon do you suppose that beast gets? Say one thing, and do another. You lead by example Barack, but then you’re clueless about leading. He expects everybody else to do as he says, but he doesn’t have to because he’s privileged. His actions resemble all the great leaders of the Soviet Union. “All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.” That’s Barack Obama.

He claims this Misery Tour is about jobs and the economy and he’s got a plan he’ll unveil next month. Seems to me I’ve heard that before. We all heard it in 2008. Why hasn’t he been working on jobs and the economy for the last three years? Why is it so important now, when he’s been ignoring this issue for three years? Oh yeah, there’s an election just around the corner.
