Now how does this work? Uncle Omar is an illegal alien, yet he still has a Social Security Card and a Drivers License. Is Massachusetts a sanctuary state? There’s a story within this story somewhere. Uncle Omar is the bottom-feeding, illegal alien that you can’t touch Auntie Zeituni’s brother. It looks as though it’s piqued the interest of the Boston Herald. Maybe they can get to the bottom of this mess. Either way, I bet Obama gives him sanctuary, just like he did with his deadbeat aunt.

He is in an ICE facility awaiting deportation, for whatever that’s worth. We all know he’s not going anywhere.

President Obama’s accused drunken-driving uncle — who was busted after a near collision with a Framingham cop — has had a valid Social Security number for at least 19 years, despite being an illegal immigrant [alien] ordered to be deported back to Kenya, the Herald has learned.

And the good news:

Onyango was ordered held without bail on a federal immigration warrant after his arraignment Thursday in Framingham District Court. Court papers show he was the subject of a previous deportation order. He was being held in the Plymouth House of Correction last night.
