Expect to encounter some construction on I-394 this week as Hennepin County crews continue to work on roads in the southwest metro area.

Workers will be upgrading traffic control signals and traffic management systems in a number of places, affecting the cities of St. Louis Park, Wayzata, Chaska, Minnetonka, Minneapolis and Medina.  They’re installing new cameras and electronic message signs for “enhanced incident management.”

The areas affected include:

- between the Park Place Boulevard-Xenia Avenue exit and Central Avenue-County Road
