IDF boards pro-Hamas activist vessels bound for Gaza in violation of international law

A short while ago, Israeli Navy soldiers boarded the vessels which were en-route to the Gaza Strip, attempting to break the maritime security blockade that is in accordance with international law.

The boarding was carried out following numerous calls to the activists onboard and during different points at sea. Following their unwillingness to cooperate, and after ignoring calls to divert to the port of Ashdod, the decision was made to board the vessels and lead them there.

Contact was made between the Israel Navy and the vessels Tahrir and Saorise which are sailing towards the Gaza Strip. The purpose of this attempt is to create a provocation against the State of Israel, to break the maritime security blockade on Gaza, and to undermine Israel’s security.

The IDF Chief of Staff ordered the Navy to board the vessels-should they refuse our radio requests

According to international law, it is lawful for Israel to impose a naval blockade on the Gaza Strip because it is currently in a state of armed conflict with the Hamas terrorist organization, the ruling entity of the Gaza Strip (see the law of blockade for more information). The Hamas terrorist organization is designated as a terrorist entity by the US, UK, EU and state of Israel.

Since taking over the Gaza Strip in 2007, the Hamas terrorist organization has launched thousands of rockets into major Israeli population centers, populated by one million Israeli civilians. During the last decade, Hamas has orchestrated a long series of suicide bombings, killing hundreds of Israeli civilians. The Hamas terrorist organization continues to smuggle rockets into Gaza via the sea and underground tunnels.

As much as I’d like to take credit for the idea of investigating and charging members of Occupy using the Patriot Act, at least in this particular case… not my idea.

Occupy Chicago protesters stormed City Hall to let Mayor Rahm Emanuel know their displeasure in the recent arrests of the Occupy campers at Grant Park on Michigan Avenue.

They were lead by radical anti-war activists Joe Iosbaker and Andy Thayer, who we have reported on in the past for their ongoing investigations by the FBI. Hamas leader Khaled Meshal calls for the destruction of Israel

No surprise here at all. Hamas will never stop until every one of them has been wiped off the face of the Earth. No amount of wishful thinking is going to change that truth. They’re at it again with the full support of the Ayatollah and Iran, which I will now refer to as what it really is, Persia.

“Palestinians must resort to resistance no matter how costly it is, until Palestine is free and Israel is destroyed,” Meshal said.

Well, if there actaully was a land called Palestine, Meshal might be on to something, but there isn’t. It’s a modern day term for a region that was given by the allies after WWI. Prior to that, it was a portion of the Ottoman Empire, never called Palestine.

On to what Persia’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said:

Khamenei told the conference, which was attended by other by senior Palestinian militant leaders as well as Mashaal, that the Palestinians should not limit themselves to seeking a country based on the pre-1967 borders because “all land belongs to Palestinians.”

“Our claim is freedom of Palestine, not part of Palestine. Any plan that partitions Palestine is totally rejected,” Khamenei told the conference.

“Palestine spans from the river (Jordan) to the sea (Mediterranean), nothing less.”

Khamenei claimed that a two state solution would mean “giving in to the demand of the Zionists” and that it would “trample the rights of the Palestinian people” to live on their land.

Khamenei also called Israel a “cancerous tumor” that should be removed.

The stupidity of these unintelligent and ignorant snake charmers is astounding. They don’t even know their own history!

The land in question is not Palestine, has never been Palestine, was never settled by “Palestinians” ever. It has been Jewish-Israeli land for thousands of years, period. To suggest otherwise shows ignorance and a complete lack of intelligence capped with no knowledge of history. Quite simply put, history records the following:

Because no other peoples had ever established a national homeland in “Palestine” since the Jews had done it 2,000 years before, the British “looked favorably” upon the creation of a Jewish National Homeland throughout ALL of Palestine. The Jews had already begun mass immigration into Palestine in the 1880′s in an effort to rid the land of swamps and malaria and prepare for the rebirth of Israel.

Jewish land, Israeli land, period. There is no debate, and there should be no compromise. End of story.

Abbas shows true colors

Palestinians. A bunch of nomadic barbarians that should be hunted to extinction. Do to them, what they’ve been doing to Jews for thousands of years. Yeah, I include Mahmoud Abbas in that statement.

How many times have I said those subhuman magic carpet pilots aren’t interested in peace? They aren’t, period. What does it take for some, to finally get that through their heads?

Friday afternoon, Abbas said  he is adamant about not recognizing Israel as the Jewish state.

“They talk to us about the Jewish state, but I respond to them with a final answer: We shall not recognize a Jewish state,” Abbas said in a meeting with some 200 senior representatives of the Palestinian community in the US, shortly before taking the podium and delivering a speech at the United Nations General Assembly.

The Palestinian leader, who appeared fatigued, shared with his audience the global pressures exerted on him in an effort to prevent him from presenting the PA’s
statehood bid at the Security Council.”We are withstanding these pressures, and I’m telling you that I am going to the Security Council and will never change my mind, regardless of the pressure,” he said.

Oh, but it gets better! You do know that Hamas is the “elected” represented entity of “Palestine,” correct? Well, they are going to continue attacking Israel and killing the Israeli’s. Seriously, they said as much.

Meanwhile, Hamas said Friday Palestinians should liberate their land, not beg for recognition at the United Nations, firmly rejecting President Abbas’ quest for statehood. Speaking hours before Abbas was due to ask formally that the UN recognize a Palestinian state, senior Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh said this would not bring independence.

“Our Palestinian people do not beg for a state. …States are not built upon UN resolutions. States liberate their land and establish their entities,” Haniyeh said.

The people Obama supports

Nope! Not the folks in the photograph, sorry, but he supports the Palestinians represented by Hamas. These two items are in the Palestinian (Hamas) Charter. And to think, the uneducated, knee-jerk left is victimizing the Palestinians! Anti-Semites that follow Hitler’s ideology, that’s what those people are.

Principles: “The Day of Judgement will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree,  would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews.”
