A former Vadnais Heights firefighter was arrested after he allegedly impersonated a police officer and pulled over two teenagers on County Road D in Maplewood.

Police say Timothy Kelvie was wearing his Vadnais Heights Fire Department coat  and driving a red 2002 Ford Crown Victoria, when he turned on his sirens and used hand signals to alert the teenagers to pull over.
