PAYBACK! Arizona investigates Feds over gun running

So, Barack Obama’s lawless dictatorship wants to strip Arizona of the right to uphold the law regarding illegal aliens, well guess what? Arizona is going after the federal government over Fast & Furious and some prison time is a possibility for some Obama people. Let’s hope the most corrupt AG in this country’s history, Eric Holder is one of them!

Arizona’s state legislature will open its own investigation into the Obama administration’s disgraced gun-running program, known as “Fast and Furious,” the speaker of the state House said Friday.

Speaker Andy Tobin created the committee, and charged it with looking at whether the program broke any state laws — raising the possibility of state penalties against those responsible for the operation.

It’s a turnaround from the rest of the immigration issue, where the federal government has sued to block the state’s own set of laws.

All of us should be applauding and standing with the great State of Arizona on this one.

Original intent of Fast & Furious Was To Promote Gun Control

A lot of people said that Fast & Furious was conceived to promote unconstitutional gun control. Those folks were mocked and ridiculed, called nutty conspiracy theorists among other names. Well, it turns out they were right according to documents obtained by CBS News.

Documents obtained by CBS News show that the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) discussed using their covert operation “Fast and Furious” to argue for controversial new rules about gun sales.

In Fast and Furious, ATF secretly encouraged gun dealers to sell to suspected traffickers for Mexican drug cartels to go after the “big fish.” But ATF whistleblowers told CBS News and Congress it was a dangerous practice called “gunwalking,” and it put thousands of weapons on the street. Many were used in violent crimes in Mexico. Two were found at the murder scene of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

ATF officials didn’t intend to publicly disclose their own role in letting Mexican cartels obtain the weapons, but emails show they discussed using the sales, including sales encouraged by ATF, to justify a new gun regulation called “Demand Letter 3″. That would require some U.S. gun shops to report the sale of multiple rifles or “long guns.” Demand Letter 3 was so named because it would be the third ATF program demanding gun dealers report tracing information.

On July 14, 2010 after ATF headquarters in Washington D.C. received an update on Fast and Furious, ATF Field Ops Assistant Director Mark Chait emailed Bill Newell, ATF’s Phoenix Special Agent in Charge of Fast and Furious:

“Bill – can you see if these guns were all purchased from the same (licensed gun dealer) and at one time. We are looking at anecdotal cases to support a demand letter on long gun multiple sales. Thanks.”

So let’s cut to the chase and tell the truth. Obama’s Fast & Furious was a covert, backdoor way to make the case for unconstitutional gun control, but it went bad and now has been exposed.

And, the most important part, the government willfully violated the law and intentionally put American lives in danger which resulted in American deaths in order to advance a political agenda. And to think, some of you want another four years of this.

Some of you actually believe the Obama Regime and his big government care about you. HA! HA! HA! Have another Kool Aid, asswipe.

Play ball or else: White House via CBS News silences Sharyl Attkisson

So this is America, eh? Not much difference between Barack Obama’s new and improved transformed America and the old Soviet Union. I told you something like this was going to happen, and it did. We’ll never know the extent of it all unless Fox can lure Sharyl Attkisson away from CBS, or we change the regime next year, but this stinks.

Yesterday, CBS News investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson told radio show host Laura Ingraham that the White House yelled and swore at her over her reporting on the Fast and Furious gunrunning scandal tied to the deaths of two U.S. law enforcement agents. Attkisson also revealed that she’d also been yelled at by the Justice Department.

Today, I called CBS News in an attempt to interview Attkisson. I was told by CBS News senior vice president of communications Sonya McNair that Attkisson would be unavailable for interviews all week. When I asked why Attkisson would be unavailable, McNair would not say.

I’ve also heard from a producer at another media outlet that has previously booked Attkisson that they tried to book her since she made news with the Laura Ingraham interview yesterday. They were also told that she would be unavailable. Read the rest

It’s past time to utter President George W. Bush’s famous two words… “Regime Change!”

CBS News Reporter Claims White House Screamed & Swore at Her Regarding Fast and Furious

This is CBS News. Not exactly known as a bastion of conservative ideology, definitely slanted left of center. Don’t make me prove that by going through a litany of items such as the incident that got Dan Rather fired, Katie Curic’s ambush of Sarah Palin, the complete and total vetting of GOP candidates while ignoring Obama, lampooning Michele Bachmann over a gaffe and looking the other way when it comes to Barack “57 States” Obama, and the list is endless.

Reporter Sharyl Attkisson who’s doing her job the way it was meant to be done, not showing any bias at all, she just wants the truth, well, the quest for the truth has landed her on the massively huge Obama Enemies List.

Attkisson: Yes. Well the DOJ woman was just yelling at me. The guy from the White House on Friday night literally screamed at me and cussed at me. Eric Schultz. Oh, the person screaming was [DOJ spokeswoman] Tracy Schmaler, she was yelling not screaming. And the person who screamed at me was Eric Schultz at the White House.”

As if that wasn’t bad enough…

[The White House and Justice Department] will tell you that I’m the only reporter–as they told me–that is not reasonable. They say the Washington Post is reasonable, the LA Times is reasonable, the New York Times is reasonable, I’m the only one who thinks this is a story, and they think I’m unfair and biased by pursuing it.

You can read the entire article at The Weekly Standard.

Listen to the audio below. This regime is more crooked and dishonest than the Nixon Administration. That’s not even close to being debatable.

What do you think the odds are that Sharyl Attkisson’s reputation comes under attack, perhaps the IRS snoops around her tax returns? That’s this regime’s M.O.

Indicte, Impeach and Imprison Eric Holder, He Committed Perjury

Oh yes he did! Time for him to go away for 5 years. He committed perjury by lying under oath about Fast & Furious, and the truth was finally uncovered.

If you or I lied under oath, committing perjury, we would be going to jail. We must hold the most corrupt AG in history to the same standard as anyone else.

Here’s the penalty for perjury at the federal level:

Perjury is considered a serious offense as it can be used to usurp the power of the courts, resulting in miscarriages of justice. In the United States, for example, the general perjury statute under Federal law defines perjury as a felony and provides for a prison sentence of up to five years.

Indicte Eric Holder and put him away for 5 years. And 5 years means 5 years, not a day less.

New documents show “Fast & Furious” leads all the way to the top

Beaver: Hey Wally! I got a swell idea!

Wally: Well, ya gonna keep me waiting all day? Spit it out.

Beaver: Well, when those mean old drug cartels in Mexico wanna get weapons and stuff, we could give ‘em ours and look the other way and then track ‘em once the bad guys have ‘em!

Wally: That’s a stupid idea. Y’know, you’re just a little kid. You should be out playin’ ball with Lumpy and let the big kids worry about stuff like that.

Beaver: Well gosh Wally, I’m just tryin’ ta help.

Do you ever get the feeling this country is being run by a bunch of corrupt and incompetent boobs? Yeah! Me too.

WASHINGTON – Late Friday, the White House turned over new documents in the Congressional investigation into the ATF “Fast and Furious” gunwalking scandal.

The documents show extensive communications between then-ATF Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix office Bill Newell – who led Fast and Furious – and then-White House National Security Staffer Kevin O’Reilly. Emails indicate the two also spoke on the phone. Such detailed, direct communications between a local ATF manager in Phoenix and a White House national security staffer has raised interest among Congressional investigators looking into Fast and Furious. Newell has said he and O’Reilly are long time friends.

Typical of the Obama regime. The  bad news gets released late on a Friday, right before the weekend so it’ll blow over before Monday and basically be forgotten about. That is this administration’s M.O.

ATF agents say that in Fast and Furious, their agency allowed thousands of assault rifles and other weapons to be sold to suspected traffickers for Mexican drug cartels. At least two of the guns turned up at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry last December. Read the rest

Go ahead and check these documents and emails out. Not looking good at all for “The Regime.”

CORRUPTION: Obama Administration Intimidating Witnesses In ATF “Fast & Furious” Gun Probe

That seems to be the regime’s mantra… corruption. The only problem is, Rep. Darrel Issa. He’s not going to let go of this, and heads will roll. I’m glad he’s on our side.

via the Washington Times:

The Obama administration sought to intimidate witnesses into not testifying to Congress on Tuesday about whether ATF knowingly allowed weapons, including assault rifles, to be “walked” into Mexico, the chairman of a House committee investigating the program said in an interview Monday.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell E. Issa, California Republican, said at least two scheduled witnesses expected to be asked about a controversial weapons investigation known as “Fast and Furious”received warning letters from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to limit their testimony.[...]

Mr. Issa also said he is certain the Fast and Furious operation was known by most top officials at the Justice Department and that Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. either knew and misled Congress, or was so out of the loop that he’s guilty of mismanagement.

“How is it that the No. 2, 3, 4 at Justice all knew about this program, but the No. 1 didn’t?,” Mr. Issa said. “Is it because he said ‘don’t tell me’? Is it because they knew what they were doing is wrong, and they were protecting their boss? Or is it that Eric Holder is just so disconnected … ?

“Whichever it is — he knew and he’s lied to Congress, or he didn’t know, and he’s so detached that he wasn’t doing his job — that really probably is for the administration to make a decision on, sooner not later,” Mr. Issa said.

This is going to get interesting before it’s all over.
