Things are dicey from the city where I grew up, Fargo, North Dakota. The flood waters of the mighty Red River of the North are rolling. From the far northern suburbs, north for 31 miles (roughly halfway to Grand Forks) Interstate 29 is closed and under water.
The river has crested at Fargo.
