West St. Paul paraplegic man rides 100 mi. trail; does life purpose help growth?

  Joe Stone, 26 of West St. Paul will ride Glacier National Park’s bike trail, “Going-to-the-Sun Road”, one year after a speed flying accident left him paralyzed from the chest down, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press 8-11-11.  Stone plans to finish this 50-mile stretch, known for its spectacular scenery, challenging hills, and narrow turns, as well as a 100-mile, three day ride, with his hand bike on Saturday, the first anniversary of his accident.
