DULUTH, MN -Occupiers were visited by Duluth Police early Thursday afternoon. It’s because their growing camp allegedly crossed into federal property.
Occupiers say city officials and authorities dropped off documents outlining Duluth’s expectations for demonstrators. They say that includes rules against sleeping on city property.
