What resembles a dictatorship was her and her party that changed the rules, played parliamentary tricks to impose socialized medicine on all the people without one Republican vote. Must be that selective memory loss that every single Democrat suffers from. Remember how she and her party locked the Republicans out? They even went so far as to change the locks.
