TRANSPARENCY ROUND 2: Obama refuses to turn over WH documents regarding Solyndra

Covering up corruption! You know it. I know it. We all know it. And none of us are surprised, after all, this is the most corrupt presidency in this nation’s history and the Nixon administration pales in comparison.

Washington (CNN) – Congress isn’t getting a glimpse of what’s on President Barack Obama’s Blackberry – or any more internal White House communications related to the bankrupt solar company Solyndra, which received a $535 million loan guarantee from the federal government.

House Republicans investigating the loan controversy had requested all internal White House documents about the issue. House Energy and Commerce subcommittee chair Rep. Cliff Stearns said that includes emails on the President’s Blackberry.

On Friday the White House Counsel sent a letter to the House Energy and Commerce Committee explaining they won’t comply with the request because it “implicates longstanding and significant institutional Executive Branch confidentiality interests.” …

On October 5, Republican Chairmen Fred Upton and Cliff Stearns requested “all communications among White House staff and officials related to the $535 million loan guarantee to Solyndra” because they believed “the White House was closely involved in the monitoring of the Solyndra loan guarantee after it was issued.”

They said these documents are necessary “to better understand the involvement of the White house in the review of the Solyndra loan guarantee and the Administration’s support of this guarantee.’ Read the whole story

By not being forthcoming and transparent by releasing all the communications means that somebody is covering up. Knowing Obama’s M.O., he’s buying time to set someone up to take the fall. Remember, nothing is ever his fault. Just ask him, he’ll tell you.

Indicte, Impeach and Imprison Eric Holder, He Committed Perjury

Oh yes he did! Time for him to go away for 5 years. He committed perjury by lying under oath about Fast & Furious, and the truth was finally uncovered.

If you or I lied under oath, committing perjury, we would be going to jail. We must hold the most corrupt AG in history to the same standard as anyone else.

Here’s the penalty for perjury at the federal level:

Perjury is considered a serious offense as it can be used to usurp the power of the courts, resulting in miscarriages of justice. In the United States, for example, the general perjury statute under Federal law defines perjury as a felony and provides for a prison sentence of up to five years.

Indicte Eric Holder and put him away for 5 years. And 5 years means 5 years, not a day less.

Tyrannical White House Bullies Reporter, Lies And Attempts Cover-Up

Tyrants don’t like the truth, they are fearful of it. I’ve told you time and time again Obama is a tyrant. I’m going to give you another example, then you’ll maybe understand why he’s hellbent on controlling the media which includes the internet.

You probably heard about this, I didn’t post about it right away because I wanted to see how it played out without jumping to conclusions. It played out just as I expected it would.

Obama’s fundraiser in San Francisco was met with protesters. Some of them sang a little song to him about “Where’s my change?” That doesn’t fit the tyrants narrative and he didn’t want that video made public. How’s that for “openness and transparency?” I still have to pinch myself to see if I’m still in the United States, it more resembles East Germany circa, 1980.

The chronology of events is as follows:

  • The President attends a Democratic Party fundraising event in San Francisco.
  • Print Pool reporters (a small, pre-approved group of newspaper journalists that simultaneously feed their coverage to all outlets) are in attendance.
  • A protest erupts and one of the pool reporters catches it on video. (Citizens in attendance recorded this as well)
  • The reporter posts the video online.
  • The White House bans the reporter from future pool coverage, threatens to ban affiliated reporters if the ban is exposed
  • The ban is exposed.
  • The White House denies banning reporter, denies threatening other reporters, and apparently reinstates the reporter.

And now we have this update from the San Francisco Chronicle:

In a pants-on-fire moment, the White House press office today denied anyone there had issued threats to remove Carla Marinucci and possibly other Hearst reporters from the press pool covering the President in the Bay Area.

Chronicle editor Ward Bushee called the press office on its fib:

Sadly, we expected the White House to respond in this manner based on our experiences yesterday. It is not a truthful response. It follows a day of off-the-record exchanges with key people in the White House communications office who told us they would remove our reporter, then threatened retaliation to Chronicle and Hearst reporters if we reported on the ban, and then recanted to say our reporter might not be removed after all.

The Chronicle’s report is accurate.

If the White House has indeed decided not to ban our reporter, we would like an on-the-record notice that she will remain the San Francisco print pool reporter.

I was on some of those calls and can confirm Ward’s statement.

Who said Obama doesn’t have an enemies list? Who said Obama doesn’t resemble Richard Nixon? You need to pull your head out of your stink hole. It’s time for Americans to rally together and remove Obama from office next year and take our country back, 2016 will be too late. Obama belongs in a prison cell, not the oval office.
