Teacher Watches As Student Beats Classmate In The Head

Unbelievable! The cowardly teacher needs to be taken behind the barn for a good old-fashioned beating himself. What a worthless coward. A pussy.

Now what is shown in the video may not be the full story, just like the well deserved Rodney King beating caught on video, so I’m writing about what was just shown. Maybe the kid deserved it, maybe not, at this point we don’t know so I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. No matter the case, the cowardly teacher had an obligation to end it, and didn’t. Instead, he chose to watch.

What do you suppose the good old teachers union response to this was?

via The Blaze:

“Teachers have intervened in the past,” Rena Honea of the Alliance/AFT union told WFAA. “They have been injured. They have not been able to return to work. They have been reprimanded for intervening. So there is a huge question mark as to what’s truly appropriate.”

Let’s realistically dissect this answer… no, it’s not an answer, it’s an excuse.

Teachers have been reprimanded for intervening. What? Some have been sued. Double “what?” One of the first things to be done is something I’ve been harping about for years. End the frivolous lawsuits, charge people with contempt that bring them before the courts and most importantly, loser pays laws. That would be a good place to start.

What about the “Good Samaritan Law?” Texas does have it. This teacher needs to be charged, jailed, and maybe sued for choosing to ignore the Good Samaritan Law. It was his obligation to intervene. All the “reasons” not to, are just excuses. The union isn’t concerned about the kids, what they are concerned about is the money, which is a dues paying member of the union (the teacher).

Here’s a portion of the Good Samaritan Law, the entire contents of such law varies from state to state. But here’s the low down:

A principle of tort law that provides that a person who sees another individual in imminent and serious danger or peril cannot be charged [...]

All I can say is, what an absolutely sickening society we have become.

VIDEO: Gotta love it! The bully gets schooled!

Remember what I keep saying about bullies? Never back down from them and hit them hard. Well, the kid in the video put a bully in his place! Gotta love it!!!

Fat kid fights back (totse.info) from Steve Douglas on Vimeo.

And the best part is, the bully looks as though he got really hurt! HA! HA! HA! LMAO!!! I love it! Way to go, kid! You gave it back to the bully and probably made him cry! HA! HA! HA! LMAO!!!

And the most important outcome is this. The kid who was bullied will most likely never be bullied again because he fought back and didn’t runaway and tell someone like a little two-year old girl.
