Of the 30% who disagree, and believe the border to be secure, I’ll give you one guess as to what political party the majority of those people belong to. Here’s a hint, elitists please don’t answer because you are in that group. It is the party that is clearly out of touch with mainstream America. Go figure!
President Obama on Tuesday encouraged Congress to move forward on immigration reform, saying his administration has “strengthened border security beyond what many believed was possible.” But most voters don’t share the president’s view.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 30% of Likely U.S. Voters think the U.S. border with Mexico is even somewhat secure, while 64% disagree and say it is not secure. These results include only three percent (3%) who say the U.S.-Mexico border is Very Secure and 29% who believe it’s Not At All Secure.
And now, the answer to the question I opened this post with.
Fifty-one percent (51%) of Democrats say the border is secure. Eighty-six percent (86%) of Republicans and 65% of voters not affiliated with either of the major parties disagree.
You know, you really do have to sit back and scratch your head and wonder how people can be so out of touch and delusional. It’s that mental illness thing again. To those that think the border is secure… exactly what planet are you from? I just want to make sure we know so that we don’t send any astronauts there in the future, due to no intelligent life.
We have county sheriffs with a price on their heads, two national parks that are off-limits due to illegal alien drug cartels, we have sections of Interstate 8 with advisories telling folks the freeway is not safe due to the illegals. We’ve had ranchers shot dead by the criminal aliens, murders committed, and the list goes on.
And still, some of you think it’s safe? You’re a fugging retard.
