Far from a compromise, President Obama’s Health & Human Services is doubling down on its edict that religious organizations be compelled to provide contraceptives and abortion-inducing drugs through their health care plans.

Americans rightly recoil at the prospect of a government telling them what can and cannot be covered under their plans, but this issue has never been about “health care” or “birth control.” It has always been about controlling religious freedom and the charity sector.

ObamaCare Architect: Catholic Institutions Should Provide Birth Control as ‘Moral Imperative’ to Stop Population Growth

Robert Creamer–Democrat strategist, Obama 2008 campaign aide, and political architect of ObamaCare–argues that the new contraceptive mandate for Catholic institutions isn’t really about equality for women, or religious liberty.

Rather, it is about population control.

Creamer–like his wife, the pro-abortion Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL)–embraces the left-wing fallacy that children are a burden on the planet, which the state should encourage the church–and everyone else–to limit.

Will Healthcare Reform Hurt Obama Among Catholics?

In the wake of the news that Obamacare will mandate all employers to provide for birth control, including Catholic employers, many have wondered whether President Obama will damage his standing with the Catholic vote. In 2008, the Catholic vote split for Obama by a large margin, 54-45. Much of this was driven by Obama’s support in the Latino community; white Catholics actually voted McCain by a similarly broad margin, 52-47.

ObamaCare Socialized Medicine: Free Birth Control For All!

Socialism has crept in the door a little further and freedom has diminished just as much. Free birth control for all! Even religious institutions are now forced by Obama and his federal government to adhere to his new rules. That’s clearly unconstitutional. What that is, is the federal government dictating how religious organizations must operate, the 1st Amendment clearly prohibits this. But then Barack Obama has really never had any use for the constitution, it just gets in his way.

We must elect the right people so we can repeal ObamaCare Soviet-style Socialized Medicine.

The final regulation retains the approach federal health officials proposed last summer, despite the deluge of complaints from religious groups and congressional Republicans that has poured in since then. Churches, synagogues and other houses of worship are exempt from the requirement, but religious-affiliated hospitals and universities only get a one-year delay and must comply by Aug. 1, 2013….

Congressional Republicans slammed the decision as an assault on religious freedom.

“This ruling forces religious organizations to violate the fundamental tenets of their faith, or stop offering health insurance coverage to their employees,” said the Republican Policy Committee. “Time will tell whether those institutions choose the former or the latter course — but neither option should be necessary, if the administration had not taken such an unbending approach to appease its liberal base.”….

I understand this is going to be challenged in court by the Catholics. Constitutionally, they should win, but that won’t matter. Obama ignores the courts if they don’t rule in his favor.

He is a tyrant that needs to go… by any means necessary.

Obama brags about free birth control in ObamaCare Socialized Medicine Law

As with all socialism, Obama’s free birth control isn’t free. We’re all stuck paying for it and giving the undeserving a free ride, and I’m really sick of that shit. If you can’t afford birth control, keep your damned legs closed  and your pecker in your pants, ever heard of the word, “responsibility?” You’ve got to be pretty low and worthless if you can’t even afford some rubbers. They can’t be all that expensive. A couple of bucks maybe at the most?

(CNSNews.com) – Bantering with the audience at a fundraiser in St. Louis yesterday, President Barack Obama bragged about a new regulation, proposed by the Department of Health and Human Services, that the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops has denounced as an “unprecedented attack on religious liberty.”

“Darn right!” an audience member at the fundraiser shouted as Obama described the regulation.

“Darn tooting!” Obama said back.

The proposed regulation, designed to implement part of Obamacare, will require all private health plans in the United States to cover sterilizations and all FDA-approved contraceptives–including those that cause abortions—without charging any fees or co-pay. These regulations were drawn to implement a provision in Obama’s health-care law that calls for all health-care plans to cover “preventive services.”

Combined with Obamacare’s mandate that all individuals must buy health insurance, the “preventive services” regulation would require all American Catholics to buy health care plans that pay for sterilizations, contraceptives and abortions–all of which violate Catholic moral teaching. Read the rest

Nancy Pelosi was right. When the bill is passed, you’ll find out what’s all about, and it’s all about complete totalitarian socialism and the remaking of society. This bad law must be repealed in its entirety, no exceptions.
