Obama Picks Former La Raza Official to Head WH Domestic Policy Council

President Obama has picked a strong advocate of immigration reform to head his Domestic Policy Council.

The White House announced Tuesday that Cecilia Muñoz, a former senior vice president of the National Council of La Raza, would replace Melody Barnes at the top of the council. White House press secretary Jay Carney announced the appointment during his press briefing.

Muñoz is now serving as the White House’s director of intergovernmental affairs and is in charge of outreach to state and local governments.
“The president has asked, she has accepted,” Carney said.

Initiative would let illegal aliens live & work in California legally

Let’s just cut the crap and call it what it is. Blanket amnesty for all of California’s illegal aliens. Guess what party this brilliant idea came from?

SACRAMENTO, Calif.-Nearly 1 million undocumented immigrants [illegal aliens] could live and work openly in California with little or no fear of deportation under an initiative unveiled Friday by a state legislator and others.

Assemblyman Felipe Fuentes, a Democrat, is helping spearhead the measure, called the California Opportunity and Prosperity Act.

Oh gee, another swell idea from a Democrat. Why am I not surprised? They have no regard for the law or constitution, so how could this come as any surprise to anyone?

Why even bother with borders and sovereignty? Why even bother with countries? We’re all one great big utopian world! What the hell does this dope think? Honest to God Felipe, sober up. This lunacy just keeps getting better and better!

First off, in the remote chance this happens, California would be in violation of federal law. If you ask me, Felipe Fuentes needs to be charged with a crime right now, hell, he would be if I were president. I’d keep him in a prison cell till hell froze over, strip his citizenship and send him on his way.

The sad part of this whole situation is, if it passes, California will be in direct violation of federal law, nothing will happen as long as Barack Obama is president, he will allow it. And in the meantime, take states to court and sue them because they are enforcing federal immigration law. I’ll bet my last dollar that would happen.

Regardless whether Californians would support such a measure, implementation would depend upon the federal government agreeing not to prosecute participants.

Like I said, you know damned well Obama would look the other way.

Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, a Republican, blasted the proposal as an attempt to sidestep immigration law. He predicted that it wouldn’t have a “snowball’s chance in hell” of winning voter approval.

“There’s a proper process for coming to this country,” Donnelly said. “Why don’t you respect that?”

That’s the problem. Democrats don’t respect the law or the constitution. They respect “social justice.” Actions speak louder than words, and we’ve all seen the actions particularly over the last three years.

Amnesty by fiat

You heard that Obama decided that deportations of illegal aliens will cease, and just be on a case by case basis now, right?

Excuse me, but when did Obama get to decide what laws to follow and what laws to ignore? Didn’t he take an oath or something? It’s grounds for impeachment. I wonder if the mighty Republicans will stand up and force the issue? Oh, who am I kidding? They’ll cave on this like they cave on everything.

This is amnesty by fiat, and it’s also pandering and courting the Hispanic voting block. Anything for power reelection. Note to Obama: Anybody in this country illegally is a criminal that willfully broke the law, in your oath, you swore to uphold the laws of the United States, that means all the laws, not the one’s you just happen to agree with, or aid you politically.

Bowing to pressure from immigrant rights activists, the Obama administration said Thursday that it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal aliens who meet certain criteria, such as attending school, having family in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’ care.

Obama’s gotta go next year, he’s nothing but a piece of shit wrapped in skin.

The top House Republican on the Judiciary Committee said the move is part of a White House plan “to grant backdoor amnesty to illegal aliens.”

“The Obama administration should enforce immigration laws, not look for ways to ignore them,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The Obama administration should not pick and choose which laws to enforce. Administration officials should remember the oath of office they took to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land.”

Impeach the bastard and lock him up for the rest of his life. I’m sick and tired of that tyrant.

Open Borders, Pro-Amnesty Democrat Rep. Louis Gutierrez Arrested (again)

Why is it every single person that is opposite mainstream America, every kook in the country usually winds up being a Democrat, or other leftist? Every single time, and here we go again with militant La Raza supporter Louis Gutierez (D-Ill).

On July 26, 2011, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Illinois) was arrested outside of the White House after refusing to move when asked by authorities.

Gutierrez, who sat in front of a sign that read “Stop Separating Our Families” with a line of protesters, refused to leave when asked by the police. Gutierrez was in attendance at a rally urging President Obama to do more to stop the deportation of illegal immigrants aliens. Read the rest

Obama Spares 34,448 Illegal Aliens From Deportation

In a perplexing development ignored by the mainstream media, the Obama Administration suspended tens of thousands of deportations last year and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano lied to a Senate committee to cover up the astounding figure.

Napolitano told the Senate Judiciary Committee that has oversight over the Department of Homeland Security that her agency halted the deportation of only 900 illegal aliens in fiscal year 2010. She did admit that the figure could be higher because it excludes “deferred action” granted to illegal aliens for “humanitarian” reasons.

Not surprisingly, Madame Secretary never indicated how much higher the figure could be, which may lead many to conclude that she purposely deceived federal lawmakers. It turns out that the Obama Administration halted the deportation of 34,448 illegal aliens last year, according to Homeland Security figures obtained independently by a Senator (Charles Grassley of Iowa) who sits on the Judiciary Committee.

After the Senate hearing, which took place last month in Washington D.C., Napolitano’s own staff corrected her atrocious lie, according to Senator Grassley’s press secretary, who provided Judicial Watch with the accurate number. According to Homeland Security figures provided to Senator Grassley’s staff, the combined deferred action and paroles of illegal aliens in 2010 amounted to 34,448.

This appears to be part of the administration’s secret amnesty plan in case Congress doesn’t pass legislation to legalize the nation’s 12 million illegal aliens. Read the rest at Judicial Watch.
