Burglary in progress, you call the cops, an hour later, still no cops on scene so you call them again and wait another hour and still no cops show up. So you call them a third time, when they do show up three hours after the fact, they issue you a ticket for calling 9-1-1 too many times. Had they responded, they would have caught the perps. All the more reason to use your Second Amendment right to bear arms.
